What You'll Do As a Driver Assistant, you'll help ensure our passengers arrive safely and comfortably each day by: Assisting passengers as they board and exit the vehicle. Securing seatbelts and wheelchair tie-downs. Securing wheelchair restraint systems for passengers using wheelchairs (training provided). Monitoring and assisting passengers during transportation. Helping provide a calm, safe, and supportive environment throughout each trip. This position requires bending, kneeling, and working around wheelchairs to properly secure passenger restraint systems. No prior experience is necessary—we provide paid training for all required procedures. Schedule Monday•Friday No weekends

Unlike many transportation jobs, there are no extended breaks for summer vacation, winter recess, or spring break. Employees are off on federal holidays , and Paid Time Off (PTO) begins accruing immediately upon hire , providing steady, predictable employment throughout the year.
