We're looking for a reliable tow truck operator to join our team at Modena Automotive! As a tow truck operator, you'll provide roadside assistance, towing, and recovery services to our customers. If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy working with your hands, we want to hear from you!

• Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tow trucks and equipment safely and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Perform towing, recovery, and roadside assistance services
• Inspect and maintain tow trucks and equipment
• Collaborate with dispatch and other team members to ensure timely and effective service
• Follow safety protocols and regulations

• Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Tow Endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
• Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and repair
