Job Description

Help keep commercial properties safe and operational this winter. Bison Services is hiring dependable Truck-with-Plow Drivers across our service areas. The role Operate company plow trucks during commercial snow and ice events. Qualified drivers may also operate dump trucks for snow hauling. CDL holders receive higher pay. What you bring Clean drivers license required; applicable motor-vehicle-record review is part of the hiring process. Comfortable operating company equipment in winter conditions, including overnight and early-morning shifts. Reliable cell phone required for necessary snow-operation apps and communication. Able to meet role requirements for employment onboarding. What Bison offers W-2 seasonal employment with competitive hourly pay,overtime opportunities, and a performance-based snow bonus. Paid training, including a company-wide Winter Kickoff Training Event in early November. Top-tier equipment, among the best in the area, plus company attire and training opportunities. On-scene Account Manager support focused on quality and safety, plus paid breaks on longer shifts. Optional out-of-state emergency-response assignments for qualified team members, with bonuses and company-covered lodging, meals, and travel expenses. Reliable and available team members receive priority for hours. For major weather events, Bison aims to give up to three days notice when forecasts allow; final call-in details develop with conditions.
