United Site Services is seeking a Route Based Driver to support construction and industrial customers with reliable, safe, and compliant site services. In this field-based role, you will operate a service truck on assigned routes to pump, clean, and restock portable restrooms and related equipment. You will complete inspections, follow DOT and OSHA safety standards, and maintain accurate service records. You'll interact with customers on-site, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with dispatch, contributing to a fast-paced, safety-first, team-oriented culture with opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Safely operate service truck on assigned daily routes to construction and industrial sites Pump, clean, and restock portable restrooms and handwash stations to quality standards Inspect equipment and report damage, safety issues, or service needs Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety procedures and PPE requirements Complete electronic or paper route logs, service records, and customer documentation Communicate professionally with site supervisors and dispatch to resolve issues Perform basic truck and equipment pre/post-trip inspections Handle and dispose of waste materials in compliance with regulations Load, unload, and position units and equipment as needed on customer sites Support teammates and assist other routes or yard operations as required Required Skills Commercial driving and route navigation Vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections Safe operation of service or vacuum trucks Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment checks Knowledge of DOT and OSHA safety practices Waste handling and disposal procedures Use of handhelds or mobile apps for route logging Customer service and site communication Time management and route planning Understanding of construction or industrial job sites
