Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a local driver to transport product from our Warehouses to Kraft plant. This is a M-F position starting at 6am until loads are completed. Minimal fork truck use is required and will train if necessary. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers to transport freight. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where your driving skills and commitment to safety make a real impact. Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers,on designated routes while complying with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers to identify maintenance needs or safety issues. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Experience in commercial truck driving, including delivery driving and route driving with tractor-trailers. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) A with endorsements for tractor trialers Demonstrated knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT regulations, and safety standards. Strong understanding of truck loading/unloading procedures and logistics cargo handling practices. Pay:
