Experienced CDL Motorcoach Driver - Night Shifts We are currently seeking reliable and experienced CDL motorcoach drivers for dedicated overnight routes. Route Details All across the East Coast with departures from
NY, VA, NC, GA, IL
Dedicated night and overnight shifts Overnight stay required for certain routes Return trip typically operates the following day Full-time and part-time positions available
Full-time:
4-6 shifts per week
Part-time:
2-3 shifts per week Compensation and Benefits Earning potential of $75,000-$100,000+ per year , depending on schedule and availability Daily meal per diem while working Medical insurance available 401(k) retirement plan Annual tenure-based pay increases Performance-based bonus opportunities Steady, year-round work Responsibilities Safely operate a 45-foot motorcoach on scheduled overnight routes Provide professional and courteous customer service Perform and document pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate electronic driver logs using Samsara ELD Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies Maintain route schedules while always prioritizing passenger safety Promptly report delays, mechanical issues, accidents, or safety concerns Assist passengers with boarding and luggage when necessary Qualifications Valid Class A or Class B CDL with Passenger (P) endorsement Current DOT medical certificate Clean and acceptable driving record At least one year of commercial driving experience preferred Motorcoach or commercial passenger-driving experience strongly preferred Comfortable driving overnight and in varying traffic and weather conditions Weekend and holiday availability required Professional, punctual, dependable, and safety-focused Must meet all DOT and company employment requirements This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing motorcoach company offering competitive compensation, steady work, and long-term career opportunities.
