Responsibilities Safely operate a range of commercial vehicles such as tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers to transport freight across multiple routes. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and load securement. Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations during route driving to ensure safe delivery of goods. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and records for each trip while adhering to compliance standards. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and warehouse personnel regarding delivery schedules or any issues encountered on the route. Skills Proven experience in truck driving or commercial driving roles with a focus on freight delivery. Proficiency in operating automatic transmission vehicles and various types of trucks including tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers. Strong knowledge of route driving best practices with excellent navigation skills.
