Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Auto Repossession Agent / Recovery Driver to join our growing repossession team. This position focused on locating and recovering collateral in a professional, compliant, and efficient manner. The ideal candidate has prior experience in vehicle repossession, towing, or collateral recovery , and understands how to operate with discretion and professionalism in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Locate and recover vehicles for auto repossession assignments Operate tow trucks, wheel-lift, or flatbed equipment for secure vehicle transport Perform skip tracing and vehicle location efforts using assigned tools and systems Conduct repossessions in full compliance with all state and local laws Upload clear photos, condition reports, and documentation for each recovery Maintain equipment and ensure all vehicles are handled safely and properly
Requirements:
Proven experience in auto repossession, collateral recovery, or towing Valid driver's license with a clean record (CDL Required) Strong understanding of repossession laws and compliance procedures Ability to work overnight / late-night shifts independently Experience using LPR systems, GPS tools, or skip tracing methods is a plus High level of professionalism, discretion, and conflict management skills
Preferred Experience:

$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
