Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installation Team Member & Truck Driver to support our operations through efficient installation services and reliable transportation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and technical proficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality installations while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety standards. The position is paid and requires a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. Duties Safely operate company trucks to transport equipment, materials, and tools to installation sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Assist in the installation of equipment, machinery, or systems according to technical specifications and schematics. Utilize mechanical knowledge and heavy equipment mechanics skills to assemble, and install machinery as required. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to ensure precise installation procedures. Perform routine maintenance, repair, and operational checks on heavy equipment and tools used during installations. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including inspection reports, diagnostic findings, and repair records. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow, safety compliance, and high-quality service delivery. Provide support in the warehouse with equipment preparation, organizaition and receiving when not assigned to an installation. Deliver parts to field service engineers in the area per request when scheduled to be in the warehouse. Qualifications Proven experience in electrical diagnostics, mechanical systems, or heavy equipment mechanics within an industrial or construction environment. Strong technical proficiency with the ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and operational manuals. Experience using testing tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting. Knowledge of safety protocols related to transportation and heavy machinery operation. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred but not mandatory.
