What You'll Do:

As a Bulk Explosives Truck Driver, you'll be responsible for safely transporting and delivering MAXAM products to customer sites.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Safely operating a company truck and trailer Delivering products to customer sites Operating hydraulic, mechanical and manual loading and unloading equipment Performing thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections Operating and maintaining pumping and delivery equipment Performing basic mechanical maintenance when required Following daily, weekly and monthly vehicle maintenance procedures Interacting professionally with customers and assisting with orders when required Following all applicable U.S. Federal and State regulations Following MAXAM safety, operational and regulatory procedures Supporting site operations and management as needed What We're Looking For Class A CDL Tanker endorsement Hazmat endorsement At least 1 year of commercial driving experience Tanker experience is an asset Clean driving record Basic mechanical aptitude Comfortable working around industrial equipment Ability to occasionally travel overnight when required Ability to legally transport products into Canada MAXAM provides comprehensive, fully paid hands on training, including: Hazmat and WHMIS training Explosives handling and safety Pumping and delivery equipment Regulatory compliance MAXAM processes and procedures Hands-on training for the role Training is fully paid .
