With over 75 years of experience, we manufacture a wide range of concrete products, including ready mixed concrete, block (CMU), sand and stone, precast elements, and retaining wall systems for both commercial and residential customers. We are dedicated to quality craftsmanship and serving our communities with reliable construction materials. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Ready Mix Driver to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will operate commercial trucks to deliver ready mixed concrete and other construction materials safely and efficiently to various construction sites. Your expertise in construction machinery maintenance, asphalt paving, concrete pumping, and heavy equipment operation will ensure smooth deliveries that meet project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of civil infrastructure projects, supporting the building of roads, bridges, and other essential structures. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial trucks and concrete mixer vehicles in compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety protocols. Deliver ready mixed concrete, asphalt paving materials, and other construction supplies to job sites promptly and accurately. Conduct routine maintenance checks on trucks and paving equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Assist with the setup and operation of paving equipment such as screeds and rebar installation tools when needed. Follow all safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation, concrete finishing, and construction site procedures. Maintain accurate delivery logs, inspection reports, and adhere to all safety protocol guidelines during daily operations. Collaborate with construction crews on-site to ensure proper handling of materials like concrete forming and rebar installation. Skills Proven experience operating commercial trucks, heavy equipment, paving machinery, and concrete mixers. Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Familiarity with construction site operations including concrete finishing, concrete pumping, screeds, rebar installation, and asphalt paving. Knowledge of safety regulations such as DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and safety protocol adherence. Basic math skills for measuring materials, calculating loads, and reading technical specifications. Ability to work effectively on construction projects within civil infrastructure roles while maintaining high safety standards. Pay:
$30.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
