Founded in Texas and expanded to New York in 2025, in New York our company currently operates 5 to 8 trucks with plans for continued expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a 53-foot refrigerated (reefer) trailer, transporting fresh produce and food products. We offer paid training to ensure you are confident with our routes and operations, along with a predictable weekly schedule that gets you home on the weekends.Compensation & Benefits Sign-On Bonus:
$10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified drivers.Base Pay:
Typically 25%•30% of line haul revenue .Paid Training:
Fully paid onboarding and operational training provided to get you up to speed. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer unit with a 53-foot reefer trailer across regional routes. Transport temperature-sensitive food items and fresh produce, ensuring cargo stays within proper temperature limits throughout transit. Monitor reefer units, set continuous/cycle temperatures, and conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections. Maintain clear communication with dispatch, log hours accurately in compliance with DOT regulations, and ensure timely, safe deliveries. Assist with proper load monitoring and securement.Requirements & Qualifications Licensing:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.Experience:
Hands-on experience driving reefer trailers and operating reefer temperature controls.Knowledge:
Familiarity with DOT safety regulations, logbooks, and safe driving practices for temperature-controlled freight.Dependability:
Strong work ethic, attention to cargo freshness/safety requirements, and good time-management skills.Schedule & Home Time Home Time:
Weekly home time (5 days on the road, 2 days home).Schedule:
