As a key member of our safety-first, customer-focused team, you'll transport freight between distribution centers and customer locations while upholding our strong family-founded values. Responsibilities include safe, efficient operation of tractor-trailers, thorough pre/post-trip inspections, accurate ELD and paperwork completion, and professional customer interactions. Responsibilities Operate CDL-A tractor-trailer to transport freight safely and on schedule Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment readiness Comply with DOT regulations, company safety policies, and ELD requirements Secure loads and maintain accurate logs, bills of lading, and delivery paperwork Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding routes, delays, and deliveries Provide courteous, professional service at pickup and delivery locations Report equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance for timely repairs Support a safety-first, team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement Required Skills CDL-A tractor-trailer operation DOT compliance ELD and log management Freight securement Vehicle inspection and basic troubleshooting Route planning and time management Safety procedures and defensive driving Customer service and communication Reading bills of lading and shipping documents Basic technology and telematics use
