Job Description

Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled Class A and C Tow Truck Drivers to join our team for our Saratoga County location area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing roadside assistance and towing services to customers in need. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to handle various situations with professionalism and care. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles from one location to another. Respond promptly to calls for roadside assistance, including breakdowns, accidents, and vehicle recovery. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs during stressful situations. Maintain accurate records of services performed and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly. Perform routine maintenance checks on tow trucks to ensure they are in safe working condition. Manage conflicts calmly and professionally while assisting customers in distress. Utilize flatbed towing equipment as needed for specific vehicle types. Maintaining facility upkeep and yard maintenance when there are no scheduled vehicle tows. And more... Skills Proficient in operating tow trucks and related equipment, including flatbed trucks. Excellent conflict management skills, capable of handling difficult situations with composure. Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients during challenging times. Experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type. Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus but not required.
