Experience and Skills Required:

Valid Driver's license with CDL License and clean driver's record Mechanical knowledge and experience are a plus Prior training and/or experience with a variety of commercial equipment, including Excavators, Bulldozers, Track Loader, Man lifts, Tractors, and attachments is preferred Experience driving Rollback, RGN/lowboy, dovetail trailers, and Hooklift as well as proper, and safe securement Ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs to equipment and vehicle at job sites Ability to go over basic equipment operation and safety with the customer.

Long Haul Driver, Heavy Haul Driver, Lowboy Driver, Equipment Driver, Equipment Operator, Owner-Operator, Delivery DriverResponsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmission across assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or roll-off trucks when necessary Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules while optimizing fuel usage Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and cargo documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery status or any issues encountered during routes. Assist with load securement, trailer inspections, and basic truck maintenance as needed. Prior delivery driver experience preferred, especially with freight load & unload operations. Ability to handle route driving efficiently while managing time effectively Knowledge of safety procedures related to trucking operations and cargo handling Experience with forklift operation is a plus for loading/unloading tasks. Strong communication skills for coordinating with dispatchers and customers. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads and performing vehicle inspections consistently.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 42.0 per week
