About CSH Wyoming:

CSH Wyoming is a licensed New York State Cannabis Cultivator, Processor and Distributor. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Cannabis Distribution Driver. This position plays a crucial role in representing the in-house brand that CSH Wyoming cultivates for, Umamii, and ensuring that customer service expectations are met. As a distribution driver, you will work closely with various departments to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing cannabis distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Transporting Products:

Safely and efficiently transport cannabis products from our distribution center to dispensaries across the entire state of New York.

Compliance:

Adhere to all state and local laws and regulations related to the transportation of cannabis products. Ensure all required documentation accompanies each delivery.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any issues to the management promptly.

Inventory Management:

Verify and track the inventory being transported. Ensure accurate delivery records are maintained.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional service to our clients during deliveries. Address any questions or concerns they may have.

Security:

Implement and follow security protocols to ensure the safe transport of cannabis products. Handle products with care and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Scheduling:

Manage delivery schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Communicate with the distribution center regarding any delays or issues encountered on the route.

Documentation:

Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly, including delivery logs, inventory counts, and compliance forms.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License:

CSH Wyoming has the right to request applicants driving records.

Experience:

Prior experience in delivery driving, particularly within the cannabis industry, is preferred but not required.

Knowledge:

Understanding of state and local cannabis regulations related to the transportation and distribution of cannabis products.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 75 lbs) and remain physically active for extended periods. Attention to

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods. Ability to drive a van for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures and humidity levels.
