Description:
Major Job Responsibilities :
The ideal warehouse candidate will handle a variety of warehouse equipment to support loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner, organizing, and staging shipments, and driving shipments via box truck to customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Coordinate paperwork for the truck manifest on each trip using the company's software system before leaving the facility. Completes shipments by processing and loading orders. Completes deliveries by driving a Box truck to and from Customers. Provides quality service by following organization standards. Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping trucks, dock and workstations neat. Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Completes reports by entering required information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Relay customer feedback, including concerns, complaints, damaged deliveries, returns, and competitive knowledge whenever it is presented. Unload Intigral trucks at customers location. Manage cart/rack storage area Manage truck straps and load bars Staging completed carts
Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must have an active driver's license and able to pass driving test. Must be able to physically lift up to 50 lbs. Will be required to handle glass and push large carts of glass, weighing up to 100 lbs., in and out of trucks. Education and/or
Experience :
At least 3 years of warehouse shipping experience. Experience driving a Box Truck. Clean Driving Record. Class B CDL not required but preferred.
