Monday-Friday, 5:00 a.m. start time We're hiring an experienced CDL-A driver to operate our 2018 Freightliner Cascadia day cab on a local shuttle route between Streetsboro and Lordstown, Ohio. This position offers no-touch freight, familiar pickup and delivery locations, and the opportunity to increase your earnings by completing an available fourth load. Start and finish your day in Austintown, be home every night, and enjoy weekends off. Pay and earning potential $95 per completed load for the first three loads each day. $125 for the fourth completed load that day.

Three loads per day:

$285 daily / $1,425 over five days.

Four loads per day:

$410 daily / $2,050 over five days. Completing a fourth load each workday adds $625 in weekly gross earnings . These examples are before taxes and depend on available freight and completed loads; they are not guaranteed weekly wages. Any legally required overtime will be paid. Expected hours The workday begins at 5:00 a.m. Monday-Friday .

Plan for approximately:

11-12 hours daily when completing three loads. 12-13 hours daily when completing four loads , when loading and unloading times permit. Actual hours depend on dock appointments, loading and unloading delays, traffic, and available freight. All work must remain within applicable hours-of-service limits; a fourth load is never expected at the expense of safe operation. Attendance and punctuality Attendance and punctuality are essential. We need a dependable driver who reports to work every scheduled day and is ready to start at 5:00 a.m. If you cannot consistently meet those expectations, please do not apply. Responsibilities Transport no-touch freight from Streetsboro to Lordstown. Return to Streetsboro between deliveries and to Austintown after the final delivery. Wait for facility personnel to perform live loading and unloading. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, shipment paperwork, and required electronic logs. Communicate delays, equipment concerns, and delivery status promptly. Operate safely and comply with carrier and customer requirements. Requirements Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical certification. At least three years of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience. Driving record subject to verification and approval under carrier and insurance requirements. Successful completion of required pre-employment screening, including a drug test. Dependable attendance, safe driving practices, and professional communication. Availability for a 5:00 a.m. start and the expected daily schedule. Ability to use electronic logging equipment.
