Job Description
Flexible start times. Your runs are assigned the day before, so you know your day before you go to bed. Flexible start times based on load scheduling . We care about our drivers and they feel that every day they come to work. Our turnover is a fraction of what you'll find at most local outfits. The work Non-hazardous waste hauling to permitted landfills — roll-off and straight truck You run your own pickups, swaps, and drops Some open-top trailer work; tipper operation on certain loads Local routes, home nightly, every night Motive ELD — simple, no paper logs Monday-Friday, occasional weekends for those able What we're not: no freight, no reload roulette, no flatbed or tanker work, no living in a sleeper. What you need Valid CDL A with a clean MVR. Occasional opportunities for CDL B drivers. CDL B holders are also welcome to apply. 2 year commercial driving experience — roll-off or waste experience is a plus, but we'll train the right driver on our equipment Current DOT medical card Comfortable working around waste and landfill sites Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Paid time off We call back.
