Local parking lot sweeping contractor currently interviewing potential sweeper truck

PART-TIME

3rd shift positions (1-3 days). Our sweeper operators work outdoors with some exposure to noise, vibrations, dust, darkness, traffic conditions and all weather conditions. Job duties include but are not limited to: Independently operate company sweeper trucks to clean commercial properties Be committed to working in all weather conditions; rain, snow, extreme heat and cold does not prevent us from running routes. Getting in and out of the sweeper truck numerous times (50 to 100) a night to do blower work using backpack blowers to remove debris from sidewalks and corners, picking up trash and emptying garbage cans. Pre-shift and post-shift truck check to ensure proper operation of the vehicle Fueling and cleaning company vehicles Job requirements include: Valid Drivers License with clean driving record and ability to be insured Valid DOT physical is required before start date Drug Free (all employees are tested) Ability to work independently Sweeping is performed seven (7) days a week.
