Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Rollback Driver to join our construction and heavy equipment transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely hauling heavy equipment and general construction materials to various job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, punctuality, and efficient operation of the rollback truck to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF CHAINGING HEAVY EQUIPMENT AND BASIC LOAD AND UNLOAD EXPERIENCE.
Safely load and unload equipment and materials, ensuring secure placement during transit. Conduct routine inspections of the rollback truck to maintain safety standards and proper functioning. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation activities. Communicate effectively with project managers, site personnel, and dispatchers regarding schedules and delivery details. Maintain accurate records of trips, cargo, and vehicle maintenance as required. Assist with securing loads to prevent shifting or damage during transit. Adhere to safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site. Experience Proven experience operating rollback trucks or similar heavy-duty transportation vehicles preferred. Knowledge of safety procedures related to hauling heavy equipment and construction materials. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements is required. Familiarity with loading and securing heavy loads for transport. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and site personnel.
