$26.50 per hour Paid weekly Overtime is paid in accordance with applicable state and federal laws Sleeper truck provided for overnight stays No mileage pay

Approx 7 PM 12-hour shift Overnight travel required in company sleeper truck Home time may vary based on delivery schedule and route requirements Every Load Matters. Every Mile Counts. We are seeking professional CDL A drivers with strong flatbed and cargo securement experience to support a dedicated operation in Dalton, OH. Drivers will haul rolling steel garage doors and components utilizing Conestoga trailers. Safety, communication, and on-time delivery performance are critical to success in this role. Drivers must be comfortable with overnight travel in a company-provided sleeper truck and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Job Duties Operate a CDL A flatbed/Conestoga trailer Driver must secure and operate a Conestoga tarp system Regional route Running out of Dalton, OH Daly customer deliveries Haul rolling steel garage doors & door componenets/parts Light touch freight Responsible for cargo securement and tarp management Pick up preloaded trailer Inspect and secure cargo Limited customer interaction and delivery oversight Lift up to 50 lbs. Driving Requirements 22+ years of age Valid CDL-A license DOT Medical Card FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years) No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years) No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years) Previous flatbed experience required Cargo securement experience required Experience operating Conestoga trailers preferred Strong communication skills required for providing customer status updates throughout the day Ability to safely secure steel products and maintain DOT compliance Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) plan and more Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Holiday Pay is provided for eligible Drivers Weekly Pay Staffmark Perkspot - discounts on almost anything you want to buy What You Will Do As a CDL A Flatbed Driver you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service. A CDL A Flatbed Driver plays a vital role in supporting transportation and logistics operations through safe, dependable vehicle operation. This position combines driving skill, responsibility, and professionalism to ensure products and materials reach their destinations safely and efficiently.
