Truck Driver/Equipment Operator Interested in a career where you can enjoy your work AND have a life? Do you want to be treated like a person and not a number? We are seeking a Driver/Smash Operator for our business in the Dayton area! You will work 40 hours a week as you safely operate our Kenworth T270 at our growing number of sites. These state-of-the-art trucks are outfitted with a boom-mounted, 3-ton rolling drum to SMASH the contents of open-top containers (dumpsters), requiring your ability to operate the equipment at each customer's facility. This isn't smelly trash. Our customers are manufacturing, distribution, and construction companies. Drivers are provided with uniforms, annual boot allowance, and other uniform equipment. Safely operate a 25k lb truck on a daily route guided by company software Skillfully operate a truck-mounted, hydraulic machine Properly track and document activity via handheld device Report any issues or incidents to the General Manager Inspect truck before and after trips Contribute to maintenance and cleaning of truck and machine Interact with friendly and entrepreneurial spirit with our customersQualifications:
Strong work ethic with proven job history, reliability and accountability 5+ years previous experience in truck driving and/or heavy equipment operation CDL and Diesel experience required including current medical card Experience with PTO-powered, hydraulic machinery preferred Ability to climb in and out of the truck and machine 10+ times per day Must have smartphone 3-year clean driving record Driver's physical, drug test, and background check required (JJ Keller)Pay:
