Job Description

Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for over 85 years. A commitment to teamwork and quality has made us one of the top turkey, hog and egg companies in the U.S. and awarded the company and its team an excellent reputation. Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 3rd shift Feed Delivery Driver to join our CDL team in Fort Recovery. $$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$ (Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $500 each month for the first six months. Internal candidates must commit to at least 1 year in this position to be eligible.)
SHIFT HOURS
Sunday through Thursday 7:00pm-5:00am
STARTING HOURLY RATE
$25.80 with the potential of increasing to $26.30 after 90 days
ADDITIONAL PAY
Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for the CDL driving position.
Job functions include:
Delivering all feed as scheduled Properly disinfecting trucks and using proper biosecurity attire. Completing a daily inspection of tractor/trailer and maintain cleanliness per DOT Commercial Driving Inspections. Completing driver logs and inspection/maintenance reports.
