We are looking for safety-focused drivers who enjoy local work, steady hours, and being home every day. Drivers may operate front load routes servicing commercial customers or roll-off routes servicing construction sites, commercial locations, and residential customers. Front Load Routes:

Typically 3:00 AM or 4:00 AM starts

Roll-Off Routes:

Typically 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM starts Front Load Driver Responsibilities Service commercial waste containers at restaurants, businesses, and commercial facilities Follow established daily routes and route sheets Complete approximately 130 stops per day Safely maneuver trucks into designated dumpster locations Perform frequent backing and tight-space maneuvering Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Roll-Off Driver Responsibilities Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers Service construction sites, commercial customers, and residential locations Complete approximately 8-14 stops per day Safely place containers in driveways, job sites, and customer locations Operate cable-style roll-off equipment Utilize automatic tarp systems where applicable Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Qualifications Valid CDL Class B or higher Manual transmission endorsement required Safe driving record Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol screening Ability to pass license verification and background driving review Ability to successfully complete a road test Strong backing and maneuvering skills Ability to work safely in all weather conditions Preferred Experience Waste industry experience Roll-Off driving Front Load driving Commercial refuse collection Construction hauling Dump truck operation Local CDL route driving Candidates with prior waste industry experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
