Driver's License Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Adhere to all safety and loss prevention protocols per Standard Farms' policies and procedures. Anticipate vehicle maintenance issues such as fuel level, scheduled maintenance, and tire wear. Assure the collection and remittance of cash in accordance with Standard Farms' policies and procedures as required. Assist with the picking and packaging of products for orders prior to delivery. Communicate with customers to determine pickup and delivery needs. Contact supervisor directly to resolve delivery paperwork issues or discrepancies; take corrective actions as necessary. Engage customers and clients with friendly, courteous, and effective communication. Follow all applicable traffic laws and OH cannabis industry regulatory requirements. Handle paperwork, such as receipts or delivery confirmation notices. Keep vehicle and associated equipment clean and in good working order. Learn, understand, and execute customer location-specific protocols regarding safety and security. Load and unload cargo safely while protecting product integrity. Maintain fluency in electronic and paper documents associated with product transport including manifests, packing slips, and invoices. Promptly deliver all customer feedback to the management team including all project rejections. Recognize and report potential efficiency issues in the supply chain/fulfillment process. Report any incidents or delays encountered on the road to a supervisor as soon as possible. Report serious mechanical problems to the supervisor or facility maintenance department. Review electronic and paper documents for accuracy and compliance to state and local regulations.
