• $2,000+ (depending on your weekly mileage)

No DUI/DWI violations within the last 5 years

Background Checks:

No felony convictions within the last 7 years No misdemeanor convictions within the last 5 years

Safety Status:

Must have a clean record with no SAP program history

License/Certification:
