What You'll Do Operate hydro excavation trucks using pressurized water and vacuum systems to safely expose underground utilities. Perform CCTV inspection work in accordance with customer specifications and safety requirements. Safely operate Class A or Class B CDL vehicles while complying with all DOT regulations. Interpret utility markings, job site layouts, and work instructions to prevent underground utility damage. Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report equipment concerns. Perform routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and basic mechanical upkeep of trucks and equipment. Communicate professionally with customers to ensure service expectations are met throughout each project. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, vehicles, and equipment. Measure distances, depths, and layouts using tape measures and basic mathematical calculations. Adapt to changing job site conditions, customer needs, and project schedules. Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required to support operational demands. What You'll Need Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with tanker endorsement and a minimum of one year of verifiable CDL driving experience. Acceptable driving record and current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout 8-12-hour shifts. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and frequently enter and exit commercial vehicles and equipment. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and other environmental conditions. Ability to work around industrial noise, pressurized systems, water, mud, and debris while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). Willingness to travel between job sites and work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and holidays. Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of job site safety practices.
