Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dependable, technology-oriented ELD & Driver Support Specialist. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who is comfortable working with technology, navigating multiple systems and screens, communicating with drivers, and researching solutions when issues arise. Knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations and FMCSA requirements is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Program, refurbish, ship, and track ELD equipment. Coordinate ELD installations and driver orientations. Troubleshoot ELD equipment and driver-reported issues. Monitor ELD activity and complete daily HOS, alerts, PC/YM, unplug, and trip reports. Review and edit driver logs when necessary and permitted. Communicate with drivers, truck owners, and agents by phone and email. Document and track driver/equipment issues and communications. Identify and resolve technical and operational issues or escalate when needed. Maintain accurate equipment and driver records. Preferred Skills Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working with multiple computer screens and systems. Strong technology/computer skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Mechanical knowledge preferred.
