Job Description
Full-time opportunity responsible for providing quality customer service by stocking and servicing vending machines in an assigned area. Responsibilities include managing inventory goals and maintaining product freshness at accounts. Must be able to lift 30 lbs and push and pull up to 70 lbs. Responsible for stocking of product in all assigned full-service vendors. Must run all accounts according to manifest. No accounts are to be missed for any reason without prior approval from the vending service manager. Responsible for minor service repairs to all full-service vendors assigned to his/her route. Responsible for monitoring sales by vendor using the daily route-book logs. Make recommendations to the vending service manager for vendors that need to increase/decrease frequency based on the service needs of the account. Insure that all full-service vendors are in compliance of the standard set. Monitoring the weekly product load-out and make recommendations to reduce the undelivered cases as much as possible, the weekly objective is to reduce this number to 10% or less. Take weekly inventory of vendor parts assigned to vehicle and insure that proper inventories of all necessary parts are maintained. Responsible for the overall appearance of each vendor assigned to the full-service route. Insure there are never any hand-written product ID tags in the vendors. Reporting of any machine cash shortages to the vending service manager. Does inside maintenance at vending shop as directed by the vending service manager. Responsible for on-the-job safety and care of all equipment, including delivery vehicle
