KMN Logistics Inc. is hiring reliable, motivated FedEx Delivery Drivers to join our team at our Lebanon, Ohio terminal. What We Offer $180-$200 per day Stop bonus opportunity Weekly pay Paid training Paid Time Off (PTO) Company-provided delivery vehicle No CDL required Full-time schedule Home every day — no overnight routes What You'll Do As a FedEx Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to residential and business customers. Deliver approximately 120-150 packages/stops per day Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle Load and unload packages Follow an assigned delivery route and use navigation/delivery technology Deliver packages accurately and within required timeframes Provide professional and courteous customer service Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures Communicate with dispatch regarding route issues, delays, or delivery concerns Maintain a clean and safe delivery vehicle Report vehicle problems, accidents, or other issues promptly Represent KMN Logistics and FedEx professionally at all times Schedule Weekly schedule is 5 days a week Start time: 8:30 AM Typical end time: 3:00-5:00 PM , depending on route and delivery volume Full-time Weekend availability is required based on scheduling needs Driver Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license Clean driving record Must pass a pre-employment background check Must pass a pre-employment drug screening Previous delivery, courier, warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience is a plus Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Ability to lift and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs. Ability to repeatedly bend, lift, carry, and maneuver packages in and out of the delivery vehicle and to the customer's delivery location What the Job Is Like This is an active, fast-paced delivery position . Drivers typically complete 120-150 stops per day , so we're looking for dependable people who are comfortable staying active throughout their shift and working efficiently. You will receive paid training to help you learn the delivery process, safety procedures, equipment, and route expectations. You do not need a CDL to apply. Terminal Location 325 Homan Rd, Lebanon, OH 45036 We are recruiting drivers from Lebanon, Middletown, and surrounding communities who can reliably commute to our Lebanon terminal.
