Hotshot CDL A Driver - Multiple OpeningsJob Overview Legacy Energy Services LLC is looking for multiple dependable CDL Class A drivers to join our hotshot transportation team. We are a family-owned company based in Minerva, Ohio, serving customers throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Our drivers transport oilfield equipment, materials, pipe, hose, and other loads using heavy-duty pickup trucks and gooseneck trailers up to 40 feet. We operate as a short-haul carrier and do not use electronic logs. Most of our work takes place Monday through Friday between approximately 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. However, hours may vary depending on customer needs, job locations, and workload. Drivers also participate in a rotating on-call schedule every other weekend. Most drivers are home daily. This position is a good fit for someone who is safety-conscious, dependable, comfortable working independently, and willing to work longer or changing hours when needed. Responsibilities Safely operate heavy-duty pickup trucks and gooseneck trailers Transport equipment and materials throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia Properly load, secure, inspect, and unload cargo Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate time records, delivery paperwork, and field tickets Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures Communicate with dispatch regarding job details, delays, and delivery status Keep assigned trucks and trailers clean Promptly report maintenance or safety concerns Work safely around oil and gas locations, job sites, yards, and customer facilities Maintain a professional attitude when working with customers and other drivers Participate in the rotating every-other-weekend on-call schedule Work overtime or varying hours when customer demand requires it Required Skills and Qualifications Valid CDL Class A driver's license Current DOT medical card Acceptable motor vehicle record At least two years of commercial driving experience preferred Experience pulling gooseneck or flatbed trailers preferred Knowledge of proper load securement Ability to safely use chains, straps, binders, and other securement equipment Ability to complete required paperwork and use basic mobile apps Strong communication and time-management skills Dependable transportation to our Minerva location Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Must be reliable, punctual, safety-minded, and able to work independently Oil and gas industry experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Weekly pay Quarterly safety and performance bonuses Bonus amounts increase with each year of employment Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Newer, well-maintained equipment Short-haul work with most drivers home daily A steady, long-term position with a growing family-owned company Legacy Energy Services LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
