We're looking for Driver/Team Captains — the face of our business on every job. You'll lead a 2-5 person crew, drive our box truck, and deliver a stress-free experience our customers rave about. Be friendly. Be safe. Always be branding. Schedule & Availability Hours Jobs typically run 7 AM - 5 PM but can be longer Days We work 7 days a week — we work when jobs are scheduled Weekend Avail. Full-time candidates must be available at least 2 of 3 weekend days (Fri/Sat/Sun) Flexibility Part-time considered for strong candidates Who We're Looking For Valid driver's license required — must be comfortable driving box trucks (20 to 26' box trucks — no CDL required) Must be 21 years old and have a minimum of 3 years experience driving your personal vehicle Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs, climb stairs, and work on your feet all day Must pass a pre-employment background check Eligible to work in the United States Previous experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse, manufacturing, or delivery is a plus — but not required Ready to lead? — Offers made on the spot for qualified candidates.
