Job Description

The OTR Driver safely operates a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) to transport freight across interstate and intrastate routes while complying with all regulations and company policies. This is an oversize/over-dimensional operation. Drivers start with legal loads and have opportunities to advance into larger specialized freight. 2-5 years of driving experience preferred but not required; flatbed/oversized a plus. We're looking for an OTR Driver to join our dynamic team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Safely operate equipment and follow all DOT and company regulations Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain logs Secure, inspect, and verify loads, permits, and dimensions Pick up and deliver freight as directed; communicate with Driver Manager Take load photos and report delays, damage, or incidents promptly Maintain paperwork and submit weekly documentation Keep equipment clean and follow PPE, hygiene, and company standards
What You Bring:
A valid Class A CDL and a strong work ethic. A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A safety-first mindset and attention to detail. Flatbed industry knowledge is a big plus!
Physical Requirements:
This is a physically active role—perfect for someone who enjoys staying on the move. You'll need to lift up to 75 lbs, climb trailers, and work in all weather conditions. Why Join Us?
