Temp to Perm About the Position Our client is seeking a dependable Class A CDL Truck Driver for a local flatbed position in the Pataskala area. This role involves transporting lumber and building materials while operating a day cab with a 45-48-foot flatbed trailer. Drivers will be home daily and may receive training on Moffett and flatbed operations.

Pay & Schedule Pay:

$27.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday through Friday Start time: 6:30-7:00 a.m.

Handling:

Light touch; stacked lumber is picked up with a Moffett, with some material handling by hand as needed Training will be provided on Moffett and flatbed operations Key Responsibilities Safely operate the assigned truck and equipment Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards Assist with lumber cleanup and material handling as needed Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations Meet the physical demands of the position Minimum Requirements Valid Class A CDL 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements Ability to wear steel-toed boots Strong communication skills Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Benefits Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days Paid time off 401(k) plan Referral program Why Work With TransForce TransForce connects professional drivers with quality opportunities and provides the support you need throughout your assignment.
