NEMT DRIVERS Perrysburg, Ohio | Serving Lucas, Wood & Surrounding NW Ohio Counties LWA Transportation is a growing, family-owned non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) company. As our business expands, we're looking for reliable, compassionate drivers to help us safely get clients to the care they need. Pay & Schedule Starting pay: $17.50/hour Performance-based raise after 90 days Must have flexible hours Growing company Requirements Minimum 6 months of NEMT (non-emergency medical transportation) driving experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a background check and drug screening Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach with clients Ability to assist clients with mobility needs, including wheelchair transfers, as needed Certifications Required certifications (e.g., CPR/First Aid, defensive driving, wheelchair securement) will be provided and paid for by LWA Transportation Must be willing to complete company-provided training and maintain certifications What We Offer Competitive starting pay with a clear path to a raise Company-paid certifications and training Flexible scheduling A supportive, family-owned team culture Opportunity to grow with an expanding company How toApply:
