Job Description

SUMMARY:
Assure that materials are moved between the buildings quickly and efficiently. Promptly notify management of non-standard product, inventory shortages, and potential problems in completing schedules. In the event of the employee absence a qualified and fully trained employee shall take their place.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and retrieve all materials, follow first in first out procedure Wrap pallets Read and understand production schedules Stage product for Retail packaging Report exceptions to management Operate hand trucks and tow motors Understand and follow quality sign-off procedures Understand and follow all safety procedures Know and follow all GMP's Keep assigned area and equipment clean Properly bail cardboard and remove all debris as needed Charge tow motor at the end of each shift Understand and follow all food safety and food quality issues and proper documentation whenever necessary Thorough understanding of ATP testing and knowledge of how to properly clean and sanitize all retail equipment Operate floor cleaning equipment Direct and train assigned personnel Perform any and all additional duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to drive a box truck Ability to operate tow motors and electric pallet jacks Good reading and math comprehension Attention to detail Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods Clean driving record Valid driver's license issued by the state of Ohio Work well independently Clear driving Lisence record
Pay:
$21.32 - $21.82 per hour
