What you'll actually earn You come in at Tier 4 — Crew Lead/Driver , the top of our 4-tier career ladder. That means you skip the helper tiers and start at driver pay, with a structured review at Day 30, Day 60, 6 months, and annually so you know exactly when your next raise conversation is. Bonuses on top of base pay: Cash bonus for every 5-star Google review that names you (drivers lead the customer relationship, so drivers earn the most of these) Quarterly bonus for a clean damage record Referral bonus when you bring in someone we hire Weekend pay premium paid directly to you on top of your hourly rate 100% tip pass-through — cash, card, Afterpay, doesn't matter. Company takes zero and eats the processing fees. A driver who hits the bonuses earns meaningfully above base. We'll show you the math in the interview. What the job looks like Drive our trucks (26-ft box truck and pickup) to local moves across Cleveland, Akron, Mayfield, Lorain, Elyria, and statewide jobs Pre-trip and post-trip inspections; keep the truck clean, fueled, and road-legal Lead a 2-4 person crew on site: assign the work, set the pace, protect the customer's home and belongings Walk the customer through the paperwork, collect payment, and make on-site decisions Document item condition and any incidents accurately in our system Load, pad, strap, and wrap alongside the crew — drivers work, they don't watch Why drive for us instead of a franchise We've served Northeast Ohio since 2010 — 10,000+ customers, a 96% referral rate, a 2% damage claim rate, four-time Angi Super Service Award winner. Our drivers are the face of that record, and we pay and treat them accordingly. Pay tied to clear, measurable criteria — no "we'll see how it goes" Bonuses paid when you earn them, no games Direct access to ownership — no layers of management between you and a decision Equipment, training, and a documented Careful Crew Protocol so you're never guessing What we don't offer (being straight with you) No health insurance, paid time off, or retirement benefits at this time. We pay competitive hourly rates, real bonuses, and 100% of tips, and we'd rather tell you that now than surprise you later. How to apply — two ways, one is faster Option 1 (fastest): Call (216) 678-0002, Mon-Fri 9 AM-5 PM. Say you're calling about the driver ad. We do a ten-minute phone interview on the spot, tell you exactly what the job pays and what it's really like, and give you a yes or no before you hang up. If it's a yes, you'll leave the call with an interview date. No waiting on email. Option 2: Click and answer the screening questions honestly — they mirror what our insurance carrier requires, and we verify them against your driving record before any offer. We'll text you within one business day with a number to call for your phone interview.
Either way:
phone interview → in-person interview at our Solon warehouse → paid warehouse trial → offer. Qualified drivers typically go from first call to offer in 7-10 days.
