Light/Medium Roll Back Driver

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Overnight Tow Truck Driver to join our team. This position involves operating light-duty and medium-duty tow trucks to assist customers with roadside services, vehicle recovery, and transport. Prior towing experience is a MUST If you're someone who works well independently, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in helping others—this is a great opportunity. Responsibilities Respond to dispatch calls in a timely and professional manner Safely tow and transport light and medium-duty vehicles Provide roadside assistance (lockouts, jump starts, tire changes, fuel delivery) Complete basic paperwork and/or digital logs for each service Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned tow truck Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Requirements Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required for light-duty) Clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Must be able to work overnight hours (6 PM - 4 AM) Strong work ethic and reliability are a must Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions What We Offer Consistent overnight schedule Competitive pay + earning potential with commission On-the-job training Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the company
