Job Description:
Are you looking to make great money this winter? Yardmaster, LLC is building our winter response team for the upcoming season. This is an on-call, seasonal position driven by winter weather events.

While winter weather can be unpredictable, our snow operations are anticipated to ramp up starting in December. When a storm is projected, you will be notified to join our crews in rapidly clearing commercial parking lots, walkways, and courtyards.

Exceptional winter performers are frequently prioritized for full-time landscaping positions when spring arrives.
Key Responsibilities:
Clear snow and ice from commercial properties using shovels, snowblowers, or specialized plowing equipment. Spread salt and de-icing materials accurately on walkways and driving surfaces to eliminate hazards. Maintain open, proactive communication with crew leaders regarding site conditions. Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and equipment operation procedures.
What We Are Looking For:
Reliability:
Weather is unpredictable. We need team members who answer the call, show up on time, and are ready to work when a storm is anticipated.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to work long hours in cold, snowy conditions and lift heavy winter materials as needed.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends based on weather patterns.
Valid Driver's License:
A clean driving record is highly preferred (and required if applying to operate company plow trucks). Prior experience in snow removal, commercial plowing, or winter landscaping is a major plus, but we are willing to train dependable candidates with the right attitude. How to
