Job Description
Overview As a Repossession Agent, you will be responsible for recovering vehicles in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. You will utilize your core skills in driving and operating a tow truck, while leveraging premium skills such as conflict management to navigate challenging situations. Responsibilities Utilize Clearplan & RDN Update accounts accordingly Discount bad or inaccurate information Communicate effectively with customers and team members. Operate and maintain tow truck Locate and recover assets Safely Securing vehicles to the tow truck utilizing including but not limited to - Straps, Chains, dollies Transporting Vehicles back to our storage location. Requirements Have a valid drivers license (CDL Is not required) Must be at least 22 years of age Clean driving record Experience in a tow truck Be able to obtain DOT card if you don't currently have one Must be able to lift up to 75lbs Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Willingness to work flexible hours including day/night/overnight shifts Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
