$23-$25/hour (based on experience) A local steel manufacturing company in Claremore, OK is hiring an experienced CDL Class A Driver to join our 1st shift team. This is a great opportunity for a reliable, safety-focused driver looking for consistent local routes and a steady schedule - home daily. Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport steel products, materials, and supplies between the facility, job sites, and customer locations Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations Secure loads properly using chains, straps, and tarps as needed for steel/metal products Load and unload materials safely, using proper equipment (forklift experience a plus) Maintain accurate delivery logs, paperwork, and DOT-required documentation Communicate proactively with dispatch and warehouse staff regarding delivery schedules Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly Follow all company safety policies and
