Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Delivery Driver (Non CDL) to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the friendly face of our company, responsible for safely transporting goods to our valued customers while providing exceptional service. Your energy and attention to detail will ensure timely deliveries, uphold safety standards, and foster positive customer relationships. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicle, adhering strictly to traffic laws and DOT (Department of Transportationregulations. Load, unload, and secure cargo using manual handling techniques and adopts forklifts. Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS systems to optimize time and fuel consumption. Deliver goods directly to customers' locations with professionalism, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and proper handling of items. Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management, manual handling, and moving supplies or equipment within the facility. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for each trip, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and customers to provide updates on delivery status or resolve any issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in delivery driving or courier services, with a strong focus on customer service. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or commercial trucks is preferred. Ability to handle heavy lifting safely while following safe lifting practices; experience with manual handling is advantageous. Familiarity with warehouse operations, including the use of material handling equipment such as pallet jacks And forklifts. Knowledge of traffic regulations, DOT rules, weight handling in the workplace, and safe driving practices. Comfortable working with mobile devices for route navigation and communication. Strong organizational skills with the ability to load & unload efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Physical stamina to perform moving tasks that involve heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the shift. Join us in delivering excellence!
