Tow Truck Drivers Wanted — CDL & Non-CDL We're a family-owned and operated towing company and mechanic shop looking for dependable CDL and non-CDL drivers to join our team. If you enjoy driving, working independently, and helping people when they need it, we'd like to hear from you. Good for someone starting out on truck driving, or someone who just needs a job. Pay & Schedule Commission on after-hours calls. Salary during business hours. Varies depending on dispatch calls. Rotating on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. What You'll Do Respond to towing, roadside assistance, and vehicle recovery calls. Operate tow trucks appropriate to your license and experience. Safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles. Check your truck and equipment and report maintenance concerns. Communicate with customers and dispatch throughout service calls. Keep accurate service records and follow safety procedures. Help around the shop and yard whenever needed. What We're Looking For A valid driver's license appropriate for the position; CDL required for CDL positions. A good driving record and commitment to safe driving. Dependability and willingness to take your turn on the on-call rotation. Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations professionally. A helpful attitude and respect for customers and their vehicles.
