Job Summary The Driver is responsible for maintaining the daily operation of the Mobile Grocery Store Trailer, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked at the end of each day and driving the truck/trailer to its daily location. This role is vital to keeping the mobile grocery store on schedule and ready to serve customers in the community each day. The driver could work as the sales associate/field representative responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and supporting daily operations, as well as drive the truck and trailer to its point of operation for the day and assist with transporting clients if needed. Activities include travel to various locations, interacting with customers and making sure needed maintenance is scheduled and communicated to supervisor. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain the Mobile Grocery Store trailer daily, ensuring a sanitary and organized shopping environment. Stock shelves and coolers with grocery products according to planograms and rotation schedules. Picking up customers and driving them to the trailer if requested. Check product freshness and remove expired or damaged items. Follow all sanitation, safety, and company policies. Drive truck and trailer safely to various location in the service area.

Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

Prior experience driving and parking a 40 ft. trailer and 1.5-ton truck (or larger) is preferred.

Other:

Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Valid CDL driver's license required. (Possibility with assistance in obtaining a CDL is available.) Physical Demands Ability to lift 50-pounds and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors). Additional Position Information CADC is a drug free workplace which includes medical marijuana for safety sensitive positions.
