Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Transport Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating the facility van to transport passengers and cargo safely and efficiently. This role requires a high level of customer service and the ability to perform heavy lifting duties.

Duties:

• Operate a van to transport passengers and cargo.
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained and operated in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform pre
• and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are safe for operation.
• Provide excellent customer service to all passengers and clients.
• Load and unload cargo and passengers safely and efficiently.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, and vehicle maintenance.
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Perform heavy lifting duties as required.
• Drive in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and extreme temperatures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members.

Qualifications:

• Valid commercial driver's license.
• Experience in driving buses or vans.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols.
• Ability to drive in various weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
