You'll transport equipment, materials, water, emulsion, rock, and other operational resources while working closely with Dispatch, supervisors, customers, and field crews. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a TerraStar CDL Driver, you'll be responsible for safely transporting the equipment and materials our crews need to get the job done.

Your responsibilities will include:

Safely operate CDL vehicles and related equipment in accordance with DOT regulations and company standards Transport equipment, materials, emulsion, water, rock, and other operational resources to and from job sites Support field operations by completing timely deliveries and helping minimize delays Maintain awareness of haul routes, schedules, jobsite conditions, and changing priorities Assist field crews with operational support tasks when you're not actively driving Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections Properly secure loads and ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements Maintain clean, well-kept equipment Identify and report mechanical concerns before they become larger issues Report safety concerns, incidents, delays, or equipment issues promptly Complete required logs, tickets, paperwork, and operational documentation accurately Communicate with Dispatch, supervisors, customers, and field personnel Provide timely updates regarding deliveries, delays, equipment concerns, and changing jobsite conditions

MORE THAN JUST DRIVING

Our drivers are an important part of the field operation. When you're not behind the wheel, you may assist crews with operational tasks, equipment handling, jobsite support, or other duties that help keep the operation moving. We're looking for drivers who are willing to contribute to the team, take ownership of their responsibilities, and help get the job done safely and efficiently.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

Valid Class A CDL Tanker endorsement Minimum 1 year of Class A driving experience Safe driving history and strong commitment to safety Ability to meet DOT requirements Ability to pass required drug and alcohol testing Ability to work outdoors and support field operations in varying conditions Strong communication and time-management skills Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

Preferred:

HazMat endorsement Oilfield experience Experience hauling construction materials or heavy equipment Water hauling experience Experience with emulsion or oilfield-related products Construction, road maintenance, or oil & gas experience Mechanical awareness and ability to identify equipment concerns Experience working in a fast-paced field environment Oilfield experience isn't required.
