Crete Carrier is Urgently Hiring CDL-A Drivers for a Dedicated Walmart Route Top 50% Average $93,976 per Year - Leading Pay Plus Carrier At Crete Carrier and Shaffer Trucking, we continue to lead the way in driver pay. 1 year of experience is required for this role.

Great Pay and Benefits:

Starting pay: 60 - 73 CPM & earn an extra 6 CPM on nights/weekends, . depending on experience and route Annual pay: The top 50% of Crete drivers average $93,976 per year Weekly pay: The top 50% of Crete drivers average $1,927 per week Industry-leading benefits Health from BCBS, dental, vision, and life 401(k): $103 million to employee retirement accounts since 2018 Annual profit sharing: $11.5 million in profit sharing in 2025
