- Redi-Mix Driver Job Description A NexLevel Redi-Mix Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of ready-mix concrete from our plant to residential and commercial job sites.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Safely transport ready-mix concrete from the plant to customer job sites. Deliver loads on schedule while maintaining communication with dispatch and plant personnel. Safely maneuver and position the truck at job sites and operate the truck's discharge system to deliver concrete where directed. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns. Maintain accurate delivery tickets, logs, and other required documentation. Follow all company safety procedures, traffic laws, and applicable DOT regulations. Maintain a clean driving record and operate company vehicles responsibly at all times. Keep the truck clean and perform required cleaning and washout procedures following deliveries. Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, dispatchers, plant personnel, and other members of the job-site team. Represent NexLevel Redi-Mix with professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to customer service. Work safely in active construction environments and be prepared for changing job-site, traffic, and weather conditions.
