Open Availability Position Overview At A Peaceful Pack, we are committed to creating peace through communication —not just for dogs, but for our team and clients as well. We are looking for a reliable, grounded, and compassionate team member to join our Driver / Ranch Support role. This position plays a critical part in both client experience and dog care , ensuring safe transportation and a structured, calm environment at our ranch. This is not just a driving job—this is a leadership role with dogs , requiring awareness, responsibility, and consistency. Compensation & Growth Structure $550/week during training (probationary period: 30-90 days) $600/week after successful completion of training 1.5% raise every quarter based on performance and reliability Pay caps at approximately $650/week
Pay Structure Details:
Weekly pay is guaranteed for up to 45 hours Overtime is paid after 45 hours worked Consistent income even if hours fluctuate week to week This structure is designed to provide: Stability Growth Long-term opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
Transportation & Client Experience Safely drive to client homes for scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs Ensure dogs are properly secured and calm during transport Follow route schedules with strong time management and communication Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle Dog Handling & Ranch Support Unload and transition dogs into the ranch environment calmly Supervise dogs in yards and structured environments Monitor behavior, safety, and group dynamics Assist with: Bathing Nail trimming Teeth brushing Nature walks Organization & Accountability Track and return all dog belongings (food, meds, etc.) Follow all safety, health, and handling protocols Communicate clearly with team members and leadership Maintain high standards of cleanliness and order Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels Strong time management and reliability Willingness to work weekends and holidays Positive, professional communication skills Experience in animal care, childcare, or hands-on environments is a plus, but not required.
